Reformer Pilates Instructor Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates classes to private and group clients
- Design personalised Pilates training programmes
- Provide exceptional customer service and client care
- Support client retention and membership growth
- Maintain studio standards and equipment presentation
- Motivate and inspire clients through professional coaching
Pilates Instructor Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum 3 years of Reformer Pilates teaching experience
- Internationally recognised Pilates certification such as:
- BASI Pilates
- Merrithew / STOTT Pilates
- Balanced Body
- Polestar Pilates
- Scott Pilates or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive energy
- Experience working within luxury studios, wellness clubs, or boutique fitness environments preferred
